Smart Invoicing Services Group is a service unit of J & M Industries, Inc., a software company specializing in high quality data processing solutions for wholesale distributors.

Smart Invoicing Services Group was started in November, 2001 with the express purpose of providing solutions to many of the invoice, statement, and past due letter generation and mailing problems that were being experienced by our software customers. Our goal was and is to provide the highest quality document generation services at the lowest possible cost to you.
Who do we serve?
In short, anyone who uses a computer to send invoices, statements, past due letters, or other documents to their customers, and who wants to improve the process while saving money. Since we work with your print files, something virtually every system on the market today generates, we can work with nearly any type of system in use, including yours.
How can you do my invoices cheaper or better than I can?
That’s easy! We have software specifically designed to maximize the quality and minimized the cost of generation! Our software can make intelligent decisions on two sided printing, document combinations into a single envelope, small dollar document bypass or small document hold and accumulate. It can also decide between paper and electronic invoices or between full color and black on white printing. Finally, it can sort mail into US Post Office required sequences for maximum postal savings, and it can print documents that fully comply with US Postal automation requirements. Also, we print a lot of invoices every day, so our suppliers give us a lot of pricing breaks on print supplies that the normal user doesn’t get.
What makes us different from other mailing services?
There are a lot of mail houses in the world today, probably several in your own city, so why use us? Well, primarily because we approach the document generation and mailing project as a complete process, not just a mailing process. This produces a lot of benefits for you! For example, we combine multiple customer’s invoicing runs into a single mailing, thus eliminating concerns for meeting Postal Service minimums for presort discounts. At the same time, we maximize your chances of getting additional discounts for concentrated mailings into 3-digit zip, 5-digit zip, or carrier route areas.
