We are very happy with Smart Invoicing. The service has taken the labor intensive process of printing invoices and mailing out of our hands while saving us thousands of dollars in postage, payroll and paper! The process of getting our invoices to our customers is much more flexible with Smart Invoicing and we are able to take advantage of newer technology such as automatic faxing and emailing of invoices whenever we need to. The service provides a portal to our entire customer base so changing any mailing parameters is fast and easy. Smart Invoicing handles all of our inserts and we are able to target certain customers very easily and efficiently. Smart Invoicing has a great staff to go along with a great service as they are very diligent and easy to work with. Printing and mailing our own invoices and statements does not make sense when a great service like Smart Invoicing is available that can do it quicker, more efficient and cheaper than we can do it ourselves!
